REFUND POLICY
You can return items up to 14 days after receiving them
Items must be unworn, have their tags still attached. Customers have to cover return shipping costs.
After receiving your returned items and successfully inspected them, we will proceed to refund you. All refunds are made by bank transfer. We will ask you to provide us your bank number to proceed with the refund. All details to successfully refund our customers must be sent to our e-mail: questions.eastbay@gmail.com
Damages and issues: In case you'll receive a damaged item or a defective one, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order receipt and then proceed to contact us. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and fix your order.

False chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who flies a false chargeback.
