SHIPPING POLICIES

Standard shipping costs: Shipping cost is calculated once you check out, there can be promotions in which the shipping cost is covered by us. This includes postage and packing expenses. We ship to almost any country in the world.

With this symbol (*), we indicate the fact that only shippings under €10 will be covered by us once you try to check out with an order over the value of €50.

All our products are "ready to ship" items, that can be sent out within 3-5 business days, once the payment will be received by us.

Every time you purchase an item, you will receive a tracking code, that you can use to check all the shipping updates live. If your order doesn't get any updates or your tracking says "Pre-transit", it's completely normal and not cause for concern. Your order will be delivered within the time frame you find in our shipping policy.

Are these shipping times guaranteed?

The estimated delivery time for regular shipping is between 10–15 days for most of the countries. If 30 days have passed, and you don't receive any updates on your tracking information, please contact us at our e-mail: questions.eastbay@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that during the checkout, the delivery address selected by them, it's correct. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot reimburse you if the order does not make it to you.

Note that customers are responsible for collecting their package once it reaches its final destination. If the package arrives, and it gets not picked up in time and gets returned to us, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the order.

Once you place your order, we will start process it right away, so it's not possible to cancel orders. Please be sure that you are certain about your purchase once you're proceeding to checkout. If you are unsure about the sizes, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.
